Chaos in.
Groove out.

I work where technology, energy, music and curiosity collide — helping people and ideas find and tune their signal, their next move and, every so often, a better pair of pants.

Florida-based · Available for short projects & fractional leadership

A fresh pair of eyes.
An experienced pair of hands.

Thirty-plus years in technology, ten consecutive Microsoft MVP awards and the experience of building my own software businesses. Bring me a real problem; we’ll agree on a useful outcome and a sensible scope.

Good idea. Tangled tech. Let’s make it work.

A clearer website, less repetitive admin or a small prototype that gets your idea moving. I help untangle the technology so the human part can shine—whether you’re building a business, bringing people together or making something new.

Find a useful next step ↗
Drop in. Untangle. Move forward.

Help for a half-day, a day or a focused week.

A practical way to get a second opinion, explore an AI opportunity or move a stalled project forward.

  • Find a useful AI application and test a small prototype.
  • Review a vendor proposal, product decision or tangled workflow.
  • Help your team understand and use the tools already in front of them.

We’ll define the problem, the time available and what you want to leave with.

Tell me about your mini-project ↗
Experienced leadership, part-time

Fractional CTO / CAIO.

Technology and AI leadership for a team that needs direction and hands-on support on a part-time basis.

  • Set priorities and build a practical technology or AI roadmap.
  • Connect business goals with product, people and vendor decisions.
  • Help turn experiments into useful working practices.

We’ll discuss the right cadence, responsibilities and first priorities together.

Remote collaborations welcome. For on-site work, tell me where you are and what you have in mind.

Four ways in

What kind of Sean
do you need today?

I’m less interested in job titles than useful outcomes. Pick the doorway that sounds closest. We can figure out the label later.

01 · STRATEGY

Fix the messy thing.

For founders and teams with a tangled decision, a stalled project or technology that’s creating more work than it saves.

  • Make sense of AI opportunities and choose a useful first move.
  • Untangle vendor, workflow and product decisions.
  • Bring experienced CTO/CAIO thinking to a focused half-day, day or week.

Thirty-plus years in technology, business and building things. Practical questions. Clear next steps.

Let’s untangle it ↗
02 · ENERGY

Find the signal.

For curious humans who want space to hear themselves, notice recurring patterns and explore what feels aligned.

  • Explore personal patterns through energy maps and conversation.
  • Draw on Four Worlds, astrology, Gene Keys and the practices I’m exploring.
  • Connect reflection with everyday choices—or a custom Freakquency.

You don’t need to know the terminology. Bring your curiosity; we’ll start in plain language.

Let’s explore what’s showing up ↗
03 · DRUMS

Find the pocket.

For bands, artists and event-makers looking for a drummer who loves the groove and the people making it.

  • Rock, funk and live performance.
  • One-off gigs, sessions and touring conversations.
  • Music experiences that invite the room to participate.

I’ve toured internationally as a drummer. Have Drums. Will Travel. Warm places improve negotiations.

Talk drums, dates & gigs ↗
04 · PICKLEBALL

Play better. Laugh more.

For players who want practical guidance, more confidence and a good time while getting better.

  • Explore movement, positioning and shot decisions.
  • Work on the parts of your game that keep tripping you up.
  • Keep the learning playful and the kitchen-line faces less grim.

Tell me where you play, your experience and what you’d like to improve. We’ll work out whether there’s a fit.

Mutual fit matters

I don’t want to waste your time.
Or mine.

I do my best work with people who value curiosity, directness, playfulness and momentum. I’ll tell you what I know, what I don’t know and what I think is worth testing next.

Half-dayFull dayFocused weekRemoteWill travel for interesting work

“Bring me the thing that’s stuck, weird, political, overcomplicated or somehow everybody’s problem and nobody’s job.”

Good fit: you want clarity and action, not theatre.
Probably not: you need me to pretend certainty I don’t have.
Bonus points: the project has music, travel, humans or a slightly ridiculous constraint.
Freakquencies · a world inside AquariusAF

Turn your map
into something you can feel.

Freakquencies is where I translate personal patterns, timing, story and energy maps into custom sound experiences — songs, attunements and other audio experiments designed around a specific human rather than a generic playlist.

I’m building variations using different lenses: Four Worlds, astrology, Gene Keys, Sphinx Code, values, somatic themes, metaphysical anatomy and combinations that emerge through the work.

1
Choose the experience

A focused song, attunement or custom package. Stripe can handle payment without turning this into a giant storefront.

2
Tell me about you

A Tally intake captures birth details, goals, context, preferences and the information needed for your chosen map.

3
I build the creative brief

Your information becomes a structured interpretation, lyrical direction and production brief — with AI helping me organize, question and translate.

4
The music gets made

I take the brief into my music workflow, refine the result and package the track with useful context.

5
You receive your Freakquency

Delivery can eventually live inside the GoHighLevel member experience so your tracks stay easy to find.

I’ve built many apps and websites over the years. These are the projects I’m focused on now — with plenty of lessons from everything that came before.

Field notes from
an open mind.

Experiments, contemplations and occasionally questionable adventures. Follow a curiosity. See where it goes.

The Goldfish Bowl · values in the wild

Five words I wanted to be able to actually live.

I started with a much bigger pile of admirable-sounding words and kept narrowing until the list felt less like branding and more like a usable compass: Playfulness. Connection. Integrity. Faith. Freedom.

The point was not to create another personality label. It was to build a quick filter I could use when choosing work, people, projects and the next experiment: Does this feel playful? Does it create real connection? Can I do it with integrity? Does it ask for faith? Does it preserve freedom?

The interesting part was not picking the words. It was noticing how quickly decisions got easier once I had them.

MY CURRENT COMPASS

Playfulness

Stay curious. Keep some mischief in the room.

Connection

Choose the people and moments that feel real.

Integrity · Faith · Freedom

Tell the truth. Trust the signal. Leave room to move.

About Sean

Experienced enough to have scar tissue.
Curious enough to keep testing.

I’m a technology entrepreneur, consultant, musician and lifelong student of systems — digital, human, energetic and occasionally ridiculous. I’ve spent more than three decades solving technical and organizational problems, built businesses and products, toured internationally as a drummer and kept wandering into new ways of understanding how people work.

I know what I know. I know what I don’t know. And I’m very comfortable saying, “I don’t know yet — let’s find out.”

Quick answers

Before we both overthink it.

Do I need to understand energy maps to work with Sean?

No. I use different frameworks as lenses, not as a test you have to pass. We can work entirely in plain language.

Can I hire Sean for technology work without the spiritual stuff?

Absolutely. Thirty-plus years of technology, cloud, AI, product and organizational work still works perfectly well without incense.

Can I hire Sean for half a day?

Yes. Half-day, full-day and focused weekly engagements are all useful shapes. Longer projects can be scoped after we know there is a fit.

Will Sean travel?

Yes — especially for interesting projects, live music, workshops and warm places. Remote work is also very normal.

Is Freakquencies therapy or medical treatment?

No. It is creative, reflective and experiential work using music, story and personal frameworks. It is not medical or mental-health treatment.
