Choose what feels true—not what sounds impressive. You’ll make a generous shortlist, find your core, then put it in order. There are no wrong answers.
What pulls at you?
Aim for 10–15 values—but give yourself plenty of grace. You can gather up to 25 before the real discernment begins.
Can’t find a value? Add your own (optional)
Give them a second look.
Choose the 10–12 you would genuinely miss if they disappeared. Don’t rank or overthink—just notice which ones still have a pulse.
Now find your core.

Put them in order.
If two values collide, which one gets the deciding vote? Use the arrows until the order feels honest.
This is your compass.
Not a tattoo. Not a contract. Just an honest snapshot of what matters now.
