Technology decisions · An outside view

Before the big yes.
Borrow a fresh pair of eyes.

A proposal lands. The demo looked lovely. The decision still feels foggy. I can help you ask better questions before you commit your team, budget and attention.

01 · Sound familiar?

What are we actually saying yes to?

A good second opinion starts with your situation: what you want to achieve, what is already in place and what happens if you do nothing. Then we can look at the proposal with a little breathing room.

01 · THE KNOT

A vendor proposal.

You want someone to read it with you, question assumptions and explain the decisions hiding in the details.

02 · THE KNOT

An AI opportunity.

The possibilities are exciting. You need a useful starting point and a way to judge whether it helps the team.

03 · THE KNOT

A software or website decision.

Build, buy, rebuild or wait? You want the options and trade-offs in language you can use.

02 · Something useful

Your decision. With a clearer view.

We agree on the scope first. Depending on the problem, the work can give you:

  • A plain-English account of what the proposal or idea would mean for the business.
  • Questions and assumptions to resolve before committing, including ongoing ownership and dependencies.
  • A practical set of options and trade-offs, plus a sensible next step or small test where appropriate.

03 · A sensible fit

Room for the real conversation.

An owner or team leader who wants a candid outside view. You are open to useful questions and want to make a decision you understand, rather than borrow someone else’s certainty.

This is practical business and technology advice. A formal security audit, legal review or specialist assessment needs a separately agreed brief and the right people for that work.

How we work

Listen → Start with the business need, the people involved and what is getting in the way.

Agree → Choose a useful outcome and a sensible scope before the paid work starts.

Move → Make the questions, decisions and next steps clear, with hands-on help where agreed.

Half-day, day or scoped project engagements over a few days to a few weeks. Two-hour minimum for paid work. Billed through Rockstar Antics Entertainment Inc.

04 · Fair questions

Before we say “let’s do it.”

Are you coming in to sell us an implementation?

The review is useful work in its own right. If there is hands-on work I can help with afterward, we can discuss it separately; a second opinion does not commit you to a bigger engagement.

What should I bring?

The proposal, the decision you are facing, a little background and any deadlines or constraints. If something is confidential, tell me before sharing so we can agree how to handle it.

Can we start with a short conversation?

Yes. Use the existing contact form to ask for a free 20-minute introductory call. It is a chance to check the fit and agree what a useful paid review would cover.

05 · Say hey

Bring the question.
We’ll find a useful place to start.

A few sentences about what is happening are plenty. I’m available for short technology projects, remote or in South Florida.
